Buffalo Buttons

Ingredients:
* 1 lb. Crimini button mushrooms (stems removed)
* Chablis wine
* Crumbled blue cheese
* Chopped parsley or rosemary for garnish

Preparation:
Rinse and place mushrooms in a microwave safe glass casserole dish. Add Chablis and cover. Microwave high for sever minutes (until tender). Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Drain and place on a broiler tray. Fill caps with cheese and broil until slightly brown. Garnish with chopped herbs.
